School Based Summer School Registration is Now Open!
1. Complete registration form and separate M-14 Form, and return to the Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay attn: Linda Willis, 311 S. Oneida Street
(registration will not begin unless registration form and M-14 are both filled out completely)
2. Please include $5.00 enrollment fee per child for processing. 3. Once Registration is processed, you will be notified on your child’s enrollment status. 4. Registrations Close May 21st There are limited openings available per grade level, so children must attend full program to meet attendance requirements for enrollment priority. ![]() Generously Supported by Shopko Foundation & ST Paper Teens To Work (T2W) is a strategic program that matches a diverse group of young people with entry level employment opportunities. More than that -- it prepares each teen with the skills to successfully compete for work and be a better employee once hired.
