Join the Club

Be a part of the transformations that happen behind our doors. The Boys & Girls Club isn’t recreational gym time anymore.

Membership is open to all youth between the ages of 7 to 18. Simply download our Membership Application and return it to the Clubhouse you wish to join. Membership cost is $10 a year and Summer Courses (10 weeks) cost $100/child. You can also visit any of our Clubhouses to complete an application and sign up for an orientation. Please also review the Club’s Behavior Management and Expectation Form. Membership cards are valid at either of our Clubhouses. Join the Club today!

If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please print and fill out the Scholarship Application and return it to the Clubhouse that you will be joining!

Schedule a Tour

Open every day after school and weekdays in the summer, our Clubs provide high-quality staff, programs and facilities in an environment that promotes respect, responsibility and fun.  To schedule a tour, please email and see how our doors transform young people’s lives.

After School Program Membership

If you would like to sign up your child or teen to become a Club Member, please download a Membership Application and bring it, along with your $10 fee, to the Clubhouse location of your choice.

Open Door Policy

Members have access to both Clubhouse locations and activities during hours of operation and are free to visit whichever location is most convenient for them. Although all of our Clubhouses are fully-staffed and Members are constantly supervised, our Members are allowed to leave at their own will. However, once they leave, they are not allowed back in for the day. We encourage that all Members under the age of 12 leave the Club with an adult, guardian or older sibling/family member to ensure their safety. We also work very hard to build strong relationships with Club families, so that we know approximate schedules and appropriate transportation methods for each child.

The Club currently works with the Green Bay Area Public School District to be drop-off locations for many bus routes, while also offering limited van transportation opportunities for youth who need to be picked-up after school. To learn more, please contact Ben Perkovich at
