Steak & Burger 2010

While the event is a fundraiser, it is designed to honor our young people, and to bring the supporters of the Club in direct contact with the children who benefit from their generosity. The proceeds of our Steak & Burger event directly benefit the thousands of Club members the Club currently serves in its two Clubhouses and 7 after school programs.

The Club provides it’s members with a safe place to come after school, help with their homework, tutoring, art classes, music instruction, computers, sports leagues, and exposure to the world beyond their immediate circumstances. Most importantly, the Club provides them with meaningful relationships with caring adults. The staff care, encourage and inspire. We provide a place where members feel a sense of belonging; where they are free to imagine...free to dream. All young people deserve to have hope and opportunity, and the Club provides that.
