At Club, we value the uniqueness of every child that walks through our doors, affirming who they are today and inspiring who they will become. As youth grow and develop in our programs, we provide them with the skills and confidence they need to use their voice to help shape the world around them. Club provides tailored support so that every child can have hope for tomorrow, believe in their future, and know they matter.

Healthy Lifestyles

Our goal at Club is to help kids create healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Though indoor and outdoor activities, kids participate in a wide range of activities that get them moving and foster a love for being active. Healthy meals are core to Club. We make sure that every child receives balanced meals and snacks during programming. Food boxes are also provided to kids and families through various partnerships to ensure kids and families have access to vital food staples at home. At our Clubhouses, kids learn about nutrition, meal preparation and cooking, as well as how to make the best choices to fuel their bodies. We even have our own community garden for kids to enjoy! We believe by creating healthy habits in kids we're building healthier communities!

Social Emotional Learning

Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) focuses on teaching kids how to manage emotions, set goals, establish relationships, and make responsible decisions. With the skills to regulate their own emotional responses, kids are more likely to solve their own problems, manage disagreements respectfully, and thrive in school and life. Though every child’s needs may vary, social emotional learning never ends. Through targeted and intentional programming, youth are able to develop many life skills and staff are able to make referrals for more assistance when needed.

Creative Arts & STEM

Using different parts of the brain, cultivating a growth mindset, and exploring ways to express themselves are just a few ways the integration of the arts, technology, engineering, and mathematics helps form well rounded youth. We incorporate these elements throughout Club programming while helping each member discover their unique talents, interests, and passions. From dance, music, graphic design, and comic book creation, to 3D printing and video production, we build hands on skills and spark imagination.

Mentorship & Academic Success

Youth thrive with support from a caring mentor who notices them – and their potential. Our professional and caring team help kids grow into confident, capable adults. Club’s academic focused mentoring programs are tailored to meet the learning needs of each child. Our Be Great: Graduate program provides students at risk for not graduating with personalized coaching and support to help them make it across the finish line and beyond. Programs such as Stride Academy, Brain Games, and Power hour make learning fun, with tailored learning plans for every child that encourage success and minimizes learning gaps.

Workforce Readiness

From grade school through high school, Club provides opportunities for youth to explore careers. Robust programs such as Career Launch, dipolomas2Degrees, and Money Matters, prepare kids for the world of work and beyond. We help develop essential skills, connect them with opportunities in the community, and foster the emotional intelligence needed to not only get a job, but to stay on the job and navigate workplace norms and challenges.
